House Votes 238-186 To Curb NLRB’s Powers.

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) — The National Labor Relations Board would be prohibited from ordering a company to relocate jobs or close plants under a bill passed by the House of Representatives on Thursday. The House-passed bill would bar the agency from ordering a company to close or relocate a workplace if even the company broke labor law. The bill, which passed 238-186, grew out of an NLRB complaint against Boeing Co.  There’s little chance of passage in the Democrat-controlled Senate.
